Bits Secure IT Infrastructure LLC is looking for a talented Technical Support Engineer who should be capable of maintaining of highly available network infrastructures as well should also be capable of resolving the issues with SLA. Should be self-motivated, good at team work and contribute to positive client experience.

Job Responsibilities

•   Establish the networking environment by designing system configuration and maintaining the same.
•   Configuration and management of LAN and WAN
•   TCP/IP sub netting and configuration IP addresses
•   Configuration and troubleshooting of routing protocols OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, IGRP.
•   In-depth knowledge in windows server 2012, DHCP, Domain controller, virtualization and group policies.
•   In-depth knowledge in operating systems: windows server
•   Expert in installation, configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, servers, firewalls, CCTV, printers and any other network components.
•   Certified in CCNA or CCNP is an added advantage.
•   Hands on experience in ticketing system and working on solving the issues within SLA.
•   Remote and onsite monitoring of all networks.
•   Should have hands on experience in taking backup and maintaining the existing infrastructure.

Minimum Qualification

•   Should have at least of 3 years’ experience in networking
•   Should have at least of 3 years’ experience in customer support
•   Ability to think and act with an automation mindset to problem solving
•   Strong written and oral communication
•   Energetic team player who works well across boundaries and readily adapts to change.
•   Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
